Shipping Information

Thank you for choosing Xtreme LaserWorks! We take pride in delivering your custom creations quickly and securely.

Processing Times:

  • Ready-to-ship items typically leave our shop within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom orders may take 5–10 business days depending on design complexity.
    (We’ll provide an estimated ship date when your order is confirmed.)

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!


Shipping Methods:

  • We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $50!


Where We Ship:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
    (Incorrect addresses may cause delays and reshipping fees.)


Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs holdups.


Returns & Issues

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligible Returns:

  • We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if there was an error in customization on our part.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's an issue.


How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at Sales@xtremelaserworks.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. If needed, please include clear photos of any damage or defects.

  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions or a prepaid return label if applicable.


Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom engraved products made according to your approved design.

  • Digital downloads or digital files.

  • Returns based on slight differences in color, engraving depth, or texture are not accepted.
    (Every handcrafted piece is unique!)


Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please first contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order was damaged during shipping, reach out to Sales@xtremelaserworks.com with photos, and we’ll help you file a claim.
